** NOTE: This week is an explicit/not radio friendly episode on the music and commentary ends... **
This is the latest, BRAND NEW episode of the syndicated FuseBox Radio Broadcast with DJ Fusion & Ausar Ra Black Hawk for the week of Jan. 13, 2016 with some new and classic music from the international Black Diaspora, news and commentary.
This week's radio show breakdown (by minutes/hours):
0:00 - 1:29:58 Introduction & Extended Commentary
1:29:58 - 3:01:43 DJ Fusion Extended Music Mix
Our commentary this week touched base on some of our upcoming plans for the show & at large for the new year, independent Black media in the mix with the current state of podcasting, the passing of various major cultural icons & entertainers while we were on vacation & their impacts on our lives (Dr. Frances Cress Welsing, Natalie Cole, David Bowie & Otis Clay), Spike Lee's upcoming Michael Jackson documentary, the insane water situation in Flint, Michigan, Bill Cosby getting some official charges for sexual assault in Pennsylvania, the latest updates with the U.S. Presidential nomination races (including Republican Ted Cruz getting the Obama Birther treatment), #OscarsSoWhite striking again with no actors of Color getting nominated for the Academy Awards, an upcoming movie where a Black General will be fighting flying sharks & Nazis (seriously...it's called "Sky Sharks"), recent Militia Madness/Stupidity/Hypocrisy in Oregon and some other things here and there.
There is no brand new Black Agenda Report news mini-segment on this week's episode due to our extended commentary.
Feel free to check out some recent episodes of the syndicated FuseBox Radio Broadcast over at our official blog, BlackRadioIsBack.com - all of the shows are clean/radio friendly.
