After grinding for 3 years working for Capitol her love for writing lead Octavia to began her career as a professional journalist writing for the hip hop publication, Rap Pages.It wasn't until Octavia landing her first client Lazy Bone (Bone,Thugs and Harmony)that set her platform for her great PR work and to form her own firm Ballyhoo Public Relations
